XIBA was elevated as approved Research Centre to offer Doctoral Research Programme in Business Administration in the year 2019.At XIBA out of 8 Faculty members, 4 faculties are doctorates and 4 are pursuing doctoral degree. Besides the faculty members of XIBA are consistently focusing on research publications in International and National journals.
