Dr. B. Lenin Selvanayagam is an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Professor of Business Administration who has specialised in Human Resources Management, and Marketing Management. He holds a BBA from Alagappa University, MBA from Anna University and Ph.D., from Alagappa University. Dr. Lenin has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET)and State Eligibility Test (SET) in Management. Apart from this, he also holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the reputed American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
Apart from being an academician with a proven track record, he has worked as the Training Officer of the Field Learning Centre, at Kalakad Mundanthurai Tiger Reserve, Tirunelveli, and has worked in the implementation of Two Multi-million-dollar World Bank funded projects in 5 Western Ghats districts (Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Virudhunagar, Madurai, and Theni) of Tamilnadu. He also has a rich industrial experience in the Hospitality Sector including ITC group of hotels, Auromatrix group of hotels, etc. He has consulted for various businesses in the restaurant sector. Dr. Lenin is a great team builder and mentor with impeccable communication skills and multi-lingual ability. Presently he teaches Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship and Executive Communication Skills.
